Where to drop off

Drop-off is how most donations reach us. Book first so we know what’s coming and can log it against your reference — then bring everything over.

Our collection points

We’ll confirm your drop-off point by email

Regrove is student-run and our collection points are still being confirmed with the places hosting them. Rather than send you to an address that might move, we’ll email you the nearest one within two days of your request — along with the opening hours.

Bring loose lithium batteries with tape over the terminals, and don’t pile them into one bag. What we can and can’t take

Before you come

  1. Book it first

Two minutes on the donation form. You’ll get a reference number, and that’s what we write on your devices when they arrive — it’s how we can tell you later where yours ended up.

  2. Sign out of everything

Back up what you want to keep, sign out of your accounts, and turn off Find My or activation lock. A locked phone is scrap to us; an unlocked one is someone’s first phone.

  3. Tape loose battery terminals

Leave batteries inside devices — no need to remove them. Any loose ones need tape over the terminals, and shouldn’t be piled into one bag together.

  4. Leave the CRTs at home

Along with microwaves, smoke detectors, and anything with a swollen battery. We can’t take them, and turning someone away at the door is nobody’s good afternoon.

Got a lot of it?

From 10–24 items up we can come to you instead, on a weekday with a couple of days’ notice. Choose pickup on the form and it’ll offer you a date.
